Verifying the Status of an Order

You can verify the status of your orders at any time and from any place as long as you have an Internet connection. Simply start a session by clicking on the “My Account” button and enter your email and password. Once your account is accessed and under the option “My Orders” you‚ll see a list of your latest orders and their status: "Pending", "Being Processed" or "Shipped out”. Click on any of these for more information.

Warranty

Important

The warranty of the products offered by Game-Fisher, SL is of 2 years.

The customer enjoys a total warranty (return of the product and delivery of a new one) in the event that the product has an anomaly within the first week, as long as the item, packaging, and accessories are returned in perfect condition . All costs associated with the return, via SEUR 24 HOURS, will be the responsibility of Game-Fisher, SL.

After one week, the customer should contact Game-Fisher, SL directly, by any means of contact published on its webpage, in order to deal with the procedure of getting the item to a specialised place or replacing it if it cannot be repaired.

Delivery costs will be the responsibility of Game-Fisher, SL provided that it is done through SEUR 24 HOURS. The simplest way is to send the item to Game-Fisher, SL to Doctor Aiguader, 6 08003 Barcelona (Spain) after having notified Game-Fisher, SL of what is wrong.

For any manufacturing or operational defect in products bought from Game-Fisher, SL, the manufacturer is solely responsible. Game-Fisher, SL, in its role as the selling company, offers its customers mediation services for contacting the manufacturer or distributor, thereby making itself effective to the customer in terms of the warranty.

In order to activate the warranty, the following must be presented:

• Receipt of purchase from Game-Fisher, SL.
• Packaging and all contents (manuals and controls) in perfect condition .

The warranty will take effect on the day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.

The warranty will not be valid when ...

The warranty will not be valid in the case of factors outside the normal use of the product such as increased or decreased tension, the use of accessories which are unsuitable or prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire, or misuse or abuse on the part of the customer or third parties not authorised by the manufacturers.

Returns

Return of defective material

Defective during the first week: Contact Game-Fisher, SL beforehand, and then ship via SEUR 24 HOURS to Game-Fisher, SL, with accessories and packaging in perfect condition. It is recommended to put the packaging of the product in additional packaging and include a copy of the receipt.

Detection of a defect after the first week: Contact Game-Fisher, SL beforehand, and then ship via SEUR 24 HOURS to Game-Fisher, SL. (It is not necessary to send the accessories or the original packaging.) Attach a copy of the receipt and a report of the product defect in question.
