The transit days of orders are from Monday to Friday, without considering the weekend and local or national holidays. For special dates (Black Friday, Christmas, special promotions, and long weekends) Game Fisher cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time due to the high volume of work carried out by transport companies on these dates.
The shipping price of large products by reason of height, weight or volume will have a special price due to being special measures for carriers. Transport costs will be reflected, at all times, at checkout when placing your order.
RODS and special dimensions products can only be sent by the GLS transport company.
We ship to Europe and the rest of the world with the GLS / FedEx transport company.

2. I am placing an order ...

Yes. We have to ask you for a minimum of information to be able to send you the order and the carrier can contact you to make the delivery, if necessary.

Very easy. You can get it back quickly and easily.

Can I add an item or modify it in an open order?

If the delivery person is not at my address to deliver the package, what should I do?
The transport company makes two deliveries in order to deliver the package to you. If you know that you are not going to be or you are doing better in a specific time slot, the best option is to contact the transport agency in your area directly to notify it and find a day and time that suits both of you (you can check the data of the transport agency in your area in the confirmation email that we send you when confirming the shipment of your order.
The answer is yes. You always have to sign said delivery to the dealer so that there is evidence of the traceability of the entire process.
Note: in the form of cash on delivery it is advisable to have the exact amount since many times the dealers do not have change.
If you detect that a package arrives in poor condition (damaged, broken packaging ...) you must ALWAYS leave a record when signing the delivery.

3. Order received and returns ...

At Game Fisher we pay special attention to these incidents with strict quality controls. On very rare occasions it happens but if so, I apologize. Please contact us to expedite it. We will give you the best solution for you with maximum agility.

The legal framework establishes a term of 14 days from the date of the order to return a product that you are not satisfied with (according to art. 102 and 104, of the Spanish Royal Decree-Law 1/2007). At Game Fisher we extend this time, and we offer you a 30 days term to make the return, counting from the order date.

For this type of returns, the customer must send the product they want to return to the Game Fisher facilities. Keep in mind that the product must be returned in perfect condition, unopened nor used and in its original packaging (including all labels, instructions...). You must first contact customer service by email (info@game-fisher.com) to request a return number in order to identify it when the return arrives. We will not accept any returns without this prior step.

Once the product has been received, we will check it to make sure that it is in perfect condition and we will proceed to refund the amount through the same form of payment you used when placing the order.

The refund of the amount will be made effective in your account within a maximum term of 14 days. In the case of card payment, the internal deadlines of each bank must be taken into account.

Please note that Game Fisher does not accept postage due shipping. This will always be rejected.

Right of withdrawal:

As a buyer, you have the right to cancel your purchase. The term is 14 days from the receipt of the order, and you must communicate the withdrawal within that time, otherwise it will not be valid. Shipping costs for this type of returns are borne by the customer. If the original order has associated shipping costs, the shipping costs of a standard 3-5 days shipment will always be refund (even if the original order had a more urgent shipment).

Product availability / Stockout.

Game Fisher reserves the right to cancel the order and return the amount if it is not possible to make the shipment or delivery of the products in the terms mentioned above, or if there was an error in the price of the product. All prices will include taxes, provided that a country of the European Community has been selected.
