The legal framework establishes a term of 14 days from the date of the order to return a product that you are not satisfied with (according to art. 102 and 104, of the Spanish Royal Decree-Law 1/2007). At Game Fisher we extend this time, and we offer you a 30 days term to make the return, counting from the order date.
For this type of returns, the customer must send the product they want to return to the Game Fisher facilities. Keep in mind that the product must be returned in perfect condition, unopened nor used and in its original packaging (including all labels, instructions...). You must first contact customer service by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request a return number in order to identify it when the return arrives. We will not accept any returns without this prior step.
Once the product has been received, we will check it to make sure that it is in perfect condition and we will proceed to refund the amount through the same form of payment you used when placing the order.
The refund of the amount will be made effective in your account within a maximum term of 14 days. In the case of card payment, the internal deadlines of each bank must be taken into account.
Please note that Game Fisher does not accept postage due shipping. This will always be rejected.
Right of withdrawal:
As a buyer, you have the right to cancel your purchase. The term is 14 days from the receipt of the order, and you must communicate the withdrawal within that time, otherwise it will not be valid. Remember that you must deliver the product in perfect condition, unopened or unused and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions. It is important to communicate it through the contact form, or by e-mail at email@example.com.
Shipping costs for this type of returns are borne by the customer. If the original order has associated shipping costs, the shipping costs of a standard 3-5 days shipment will always be refund (even if the original order had a more urgent shipment).
Product availability / Stockout.
Game Fisher reserves the right to cancel the order and return the amount if it is not possible to make the shipment or delivery of the products in the terms mentioned above, or if there was an error in the price of the product. In these exceptional cases, the client will always be contacted in advance before proceeding with the refund of the amount.
All prices will include taxes, provided that a country of the European Community has been selected. Exceptionally, and due to their fiscal conditions, for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, prices will be shown without VAT (all customs clearance expenses and import taxes are not included in the price of the item nor in the shipping price, and will be paid, at destination, by the customer upon receipt of the order). For countries outside the EEC, prices will be shown without taxes, considering that there may be possible indirect costs of customs, taxes and / or duties at destination, at the expense of the recipient.
The price of each product will be always the one stipulated on our website, except in the case of a manifest error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors might occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and the amount you paid for your order will be fully refunded.
We reserve the right not to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have already sent you the Shipment Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous and could have been reasonably recognized by you as an incorrect price.
